Yes, dancer and actress Nora Fatehi has filed a defamation case against Sukaish’s co-accused Jacqueline in the Rs 200 crore fraud case.

Nora has filed a defamation case against Jacqueline in Delhi’s Patiala House Court. Along with this, Nora has also filed defamation cases against several media houses. Nora accuses Jacqueline that she is ruining her career for her own benefit. Nora said in her petition- Jacqueline has tried to criminally defame her seeing her advantage, as they both belong to the same industry. Nora has blamed Jacqueline’s wrong statement and media trial, saying that she has lost respect due to her name in the cheating case. Because of this endorsement deals also got out of hand.

Please tell that Nora claimed in the petition that she had no direct contact with Sukesh. She knows Sukaish through his wife Leena Maria Paul. Along with this, Nora has denied the allegation of any gift transaction with Sukaish. So much so that Nora says that her reputation has been hurt because of the media trial, for which Jacqueline is responsible.

Recently, Jacqueline gave in writing in the PMLA court that ED has framed her, while celebs like Nora Fatehi also took gifts from Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The ED has called both Jacqueline and Nora several times for questioning in the money laundering case. However, no specific information has been revealed regarding the matter so far. The Patiala court will hear the matter on December 19.
