Jainiraj Rajpurohit has spoken on his divorce for the first time. He had separated from his wife 7 years back, but he never talked about it. Now years later, referring to their broken relationship, Jainiraj said, ‘I had separated from my wife in 2015. I was doing Balika Vadhu at that time. I didn’t want it to affect my work. So I tried to leave my problems at home, but the thought of divorce used to haunt me during the shoot. We used to come from different places and after a while it became difficult to adjust. We decided to part ways amicably. Our family also respected the decision. However, it was not easy to deal with it. It took me some time to get over it.
Jainiraj Rajpurohit told, this was the most difficult time of his life. He was afraid that hardly anyone would understand his problem. That’s why he never mentioned his divorce to anyone. He said, ‘I think our society judges separated couples. So I kept my relationship struggles to myself. I didn’t want people to judge me or my wife. One must respect the fact that separation is a difficult decision. Both the partners go through pain and suffering before arriving at the decision to end their marriage.
After the divorce, the actor is now married to his work and is enjoying his second marriage a lot.
Talking about work, Jainiraj Rajpurohit has worked in serials like ‘Balika Vadhu’, ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ and ‘Mile Jab Hum Tum’. Apart from this, he has also appeared in the films ‘Oh My God’, ‘Outsourced’ and ‘Salaam Venky’.
