Mumbai: Yoodlee Films is well on its way to expand its footprint in the regional cinema space and provide the audience with an immersive film experience. After announcing several films in Punjabi and Malayalam, the film studio vertical of Saregama India Limited recently announced its next Punjabi project with superstar Gippy Grewal. The film ‘Shinda Shinda No Papa’ is slated to release on April 14, 2023, the festival of Baisakhi.
The film will star Gippy Grewal in the lead role along with his son Shinda Grewal. This is the first time we will see the father-son duo together on screen. The film is based in the UK and revolves around a father in India who is trying to get his mischievous son on the right track.
Superstar Gippy Grewal whose son Shinda also stars in the film says, “I am excited to give complete entertainment to my audience, and ‘Shinda Shinda No Papa’ is no exception. The film is a rollercoaster of emotions and shows. that’s how a father manages his disobedience. I am very excited to work with my son Shinda and bring our real life chemistry on screen. This is going to be my second film with director Amarpreet Chhabra and It’s a pleasure to work with him. I look forward to coming up with Yoodlee Films and giving a film for the audience to enjoy Baisakhi.”
