The road connecting Manali to Chandigarh was submerged due to flood, video of which Ruslaan shared on his Instagram story showed how dangerous the flood was and the current was flowing fast and washed away the road as well as the surrounding areas .

In one picture, Ruslaan wrote, “The road behind me is no more.” In the next post, he described how the road got submerged and wrote, “This road no longer exists..”

Apart from this, Ruslan also shared several videos of the flood and told that he has stayed at a safe place. In a video, the actor was seen having food with his friends. Next he showed the road that collapsed.

The actor further said, I never thought that I would actually get stuck in Manali, where there is no network. There is no way to go back home as the roads are blocked and I am not even able to shoot. Difficult times in a very beautiful place. I don’t even know if I should be happy, sad, thankful, grateful or just enjoying.”

Let me tell you, the condition of Manali is very bad. The government has issued a red alert on the hilly areas. Efforts are being made to evacuate the people trapped in the disaster.
