Mumbai Colors TV’s upcoming serial ‘Molki – Rishton Ki Agnipariksha’ has stopped overnight. The closure of the show has come as a big shock to the viewers and the star cast. However, many reasons have come to the fore for the closure of the show. The show started a month back from February 13 itself. In such a situation, the news of the closure of the show overnight has surprised the fans. Its last episode was shot last Sunday, which was to be shown on the coming weekend. The starcast of the show is deeply saddened by its sudden closure.
‘Molki 2’ was being presented on Colors TV. According to the news, many reasons have been revealed for the show to be closed overnight. It is learned that the show is being called off due to its ratings. On the other hand, programming changes were also cited as a major reason for this. It is also being said that there were several clashes between the channel and the production house. The channel currently has five shows on air and one more is lined up. Besides this, the production house was seeking more budget from the network. Due to which it has been decided to close the show overnight.
When Ashish Kapoor, who is playing the lead role in the show, was asked about this, he said that he has no idea about it. He said, “I have no idea about this, you ask the production house.”
According to reports, Vidhi Yadav, who started her acting career with this show, confirmed the news. He said, “It was a small but beautiful experience. I got to learn a lot from the show.” She also revealed that the team was informed about the closure of the serial on Holi.” Vidhi said, “It was a sudden news. We all got shocked. We are all disappointed. Of course, I and a few others were crying on the last day of the shoot as well.”
