Bollywood tadka team. South superstar Mahesh Babu’s father and Telugu actor Krishna Ghattamaneni passed away on 14 November. He breathed his last at 4 am on Tuesday at a private hospital in Hyderabad. There is a wave of mourning from Krishna Ghattamaneni not only in his family but in the entire South Cinema. Meanwhile, the Telugu Film Producers Council has announced a one-day shutdown of the industry in mourning the actor’s death.
The Film Producers Council has decided that the industry will be closed for a day on November 16 as a mark of respect to superstar Krishna. This step is being taken to show respect for their work.
Let me tell you, Mahesh Babu’s father was known as Krishna in Telugu cinema. He was an actor, producer, director as well as a politician. He made his acting debut in 1961. He appeared in around 350 films in his 5 decade career. He got the tag of superstar. He was honored with Padma Vibhushan. Krishna started his film career with small roles.
