Mumbai: Actor Yash is a well-known face of the South Industry. His film ‘KGF Chapter 2’ is one of the highest grossing films of this year. Now he has a strong fan following in the Hindi belt as well. Fans are eagerly waiting for his next film but in the meantime a picture of him is going viral on social media. In this picture, Yash is seen wearing a saffron shawl on his shoulder, a tilak on his forehead.
It is being claimed that Yash had come to visit the Ram temple being built in Ayodhya. Not only this, it is also being said that Yash has donated 50 crore rupees for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, UP. However, the truth of this viral post is something else, this post is fake.
At the beginning of the investigation, we reverse searched this photo on Google. In the search result, we found this picture with news on many media websites. According to media reports, this picture of Yash on 11 April 2022 is from Tirupati Venkateswara Temple in Andhra Pradesh where Yash had come to visit Lord Balaji before the release of the film KGF-2.
Along with this, we also searched keywords related to the claim being made with Yash’s picture. In the search results, we did not find any news of Yash going to Ayodhya or donating for the construction of Ram temple on any media platform.
Significantly, Yash’s real name is Naveen Kumar Gowda. He started his career in the year 2000. He appeared in many TV series. After this, he made his big screen debut in 2007 with the film Jambada Hudugi. Many of his films were hits and many flops but in 2018 KGF gave tremendous success.
