New Delhi. The first look of Ritika Singh’s ‘In Car’ was released yesterday, today the makers have released an extremely intriguing and highly thought-provoking trailer of the film. The story of the film is very entertaining which will keep you on the edge of your seat till the end. InCar is directed by debutant director Harshvardhan and is inspired by true events.
‘In Car’ is produced by Sajid Qureshi and presented by Inbox Pictures. The production house is known for films like Abhay Deol’s Nanu Ki Jaanu, Govinda’s Friday as well as their prominent work in the South industry.
Talking about the film, Ritika Singh said, “Denial is an experience that every woman in this country has felt – harassment with words, double meaning jokes, lust and unchecked disregard for the law. The story explores how some men objectify other women but protect the honor of their mothers and sisters. It is a human story that audiences of all ages will be able to relate to.”
Adding to it, director Harshvardhan said, “Inkaar is a realistic, difficult and tense kidnapping story that takes place inside a speeding car. It depicts the psychological trauma of a girl who suddenly finds herself in a life-and-death situation.”
The film depicts the journey of a kidnapped girl to survive and the film has been shot entirely in a moving car in the state of Haryana. Inkaar stars Ritika Singh, Manish Jhanjholia, Sandeep Goyat, Sunil Soni and Gyan Prakash in lead roles.
Directed and written by Harshvardhan, presented by Inbox Pictures and produced by Anjum Qureshi and Sajid Qureshi, the film is scheduled to release across theaters on 3 March 2023 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
