ButFLiX Team. Superstar Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Ram Setu’ seems to be surrounded by controversies even before its release. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has recently sent a legal notice to the film’s main lead Akshay Kumar and 8 others.
Subramanian Swamy wrote in his tweet, ‘Mumbai cinema people have a habit of showing lies and things in a wrong way. Therefore, to inform them about Intellectual Property Rights, I have sent a legal notice through advocate Satya Sabharwal against Akshay Kumar and 8 people associated with Ram Setu.
Mumbai Cinema [or is it sin-e-ma] Wallace has a bad habit of falsification and misappropriation. So to teach them intellectual property rights, I have issued legal notice to cine actor Akshay Kumar (Bhatia) and his 8 others for distorting Ram Setu saga through Satya Sabharwal Ed.

The notice said that it has come to the notice that a film named Ram Setu has been shot and it is slated to release on October 24. The issue of Ram Setu has been misrepresented in the film.
The notice also states that the legal battle related to Ram Setu has been started by Subramanian Swamy, whose credit has not been given in the film.
Let us inform that Akshay Kumar will be seen in the role of an archaeologist in Abhishek Sharma’s directorial film Ram Setu, who is investigating whether Ram Setu is natural or man-made. Along with Akshay Kumar, actress Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrat Bharucha will also be seen in important roles in the film. The film will release on 24 October 2022.
