The cinema world has suffered a great loss due to the demise of Pradeep Sarkar and there is an atmosphere of mourning in the industry. The stars are also paying tribute to the departed through social media.

Pradeep Sarkar was suffering from kidney problem for a long time and his dialysis is also going on. According to the information, he felt a problem around 2.30 pm on Thursday night. His potassium level had dropped to a very low level. When the condition became critical, he was taken to a hospital in Mumbai around 3 am. However, the director succumbed to his injuries at 3.30 am amid treatment.

Pradeep Sarkar will be cremated at the crematorium in Santa Cruz around 4 pm today.

Let me tell you, Pradeep Sarkar made his Bollywood debut in 2005 through the film ‘Parineeta’, in which stars like Bidya Balan, Sanjay Dutt and Saif Ali Khan were seen. Later he worked with Rani Mukherjee for films like ‘Laga Chunari Mein Daag’, ‘Mardaani’ besides ‘Lafange Parindey’ and also directed some web series. These days he was preparing to make the biopic of late actress Priya Rajvansh.
