Major fire broke out on the sets of ‘Gum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein’, cast and crew members narrowly escaped

A horrific accident took place on Friday on the sets of the show ‘Gum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein’ in Goregaon. Suddenly a fire broke out on the set. This incident happened at 4:30 in the evening. There was a stir on the set as soon as the fire broke out, at which time about one thousand people were present on the set. The cast and crew of the show were also there. The entire team was safely evacuated from the set and efforts were on to douse the fire.

It is being told that the fire on the set was so fierce that it reached the sets of ‘Teri Meri Dooriyan’ and ‘Ajuni’ built nearby. Five fire tenders immediately reached the set and the fire was brought under control. There was no casualty in this incident and all are safe. The unit member has given all the details of the incident.

The unit member told that a blast scene was being shot, in which a house catches fire. In that scene, children were being shot, to save whom the actors of the show enter the house. But suddenly the fire spread badly and swallowed the entire set. All those people came out of the compound of the set safely and are standing there.

On the other hand, Suresh Shyamlal Gupta, president of the All Indian Cine Workers Association, expressed anger over the incident and said that an FIR should be lodged from the producer to the channel and the production house. Along with this, action should also be taken against the Managing Director of Film City. The fire on the set started due to a cylinder burst and then it spread to the adjoining sets and engulfed everyone. Shyamlal Gupta demanded fire safety from the government and also expressed anger that the fire brigade also reached the set an hour after the fire broke out.
