Mumbai: The popularity of Bollywood’s Shahenshah i.e. actor Amitabh Bachchan is worldwide. People are ready to wait for hours to catch a glimpse of Big B. The craze of Amitabh Bachchan speaks loudly to the fans, an example of this has come out from New Jersey, America. A fan living in New Jersey, USA has installed a statue of Amitabh Bachchan in front of his house.
On Saturday, an Indian American family installed a statue of Amitabh Bachchan at their home. About 600 people gathered on the occasion, often called Little India. Everyone had a lot of fun on this occasion. People were seen bursting crackers and dancing. During this a grand celebration was also organized, in which leader Albert Jasani also participated.
Fan and his family picture with the idol of ‘Big B’ is becoming quite viral on social media. In the picture you can see Big B’s statue inside a big glass box. In this statue, Amitabh Bachchan is sitting in the mode of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. The statue was designed in Rajasthan and cost more than US$ 75,000, or about Rs 60 lakh.
Internet security engineer Gopi told- ‘Amitabh Bachchan is no less than a god to me and my wife. What inspires me the most about him is his professional life as well as personal life. He is a down to earth person and he also takes great care of his fans. He is not like other stars so I thought I should keep his statue outside my house.

Gopi said- ‘He met his god (Big B) for the first time in 1991 at a Navratri function in New Jersey. Since then he is his big fan. Gopi Seth is running the website of ‘Big B Extended Family’ www.BigBEFamily.com for the last three decades. According to Gopi Seth, Amitabh Bachchan knows about the statue and when Big B came to know about this statue, he told Gopi Seth that he does not deserve this respect.
