The lawyer said that the case in which Sukesh has been made an accused is going on in the court. In such a situation, no accused can be proved guilty and no person can comment against that accused.
According to Sukesh’s lawyer, Chahat has been sent a legal notice asking Sukesh to issue his statement within 7 days, apologizing unconditionally. If Chahat does not do so, legal action will be taken against them.
