A lot of controversy came to the fore as soon as this poster of the film was released. Regarding this, cases were registered against the producer in many states including Delhi. Which he has now filed a petition for simultaneous cancellation and unilateral stay on criminal proceedings. The Supreme Court bench has said in this matter that the petition will be heard on January 20.

Four states made defendant
Leena has said in her petition that ‘being a creative filmmaker, her intention was not to hurt anyone’s religious sentiments’. The manufacturer has named four states as respondents in its petition.

Along with this, he also said that ‘ever since he tweeted the poster of the film, he has been threatened with beheading and death many times. This indicates a violation of their right to freedom of expression.
