New Delhi / Team Digital. Jacqueline’s lawyer’s statement has now come to the fore on Nora Fatehi’s defamation case against Jacqueline. In which he has said that Jacqueline has never taken Nora’s name publicly, so the question of defamation case does not arise.
Jacqueline’s lawyer replied to Nora
Actually, Nora Fatehi has filed a defamation case against Jacqueline Fernandez for tarnishing her image. After which Jacqueline’s lawyer has come forward and answered it. The lawyer has said that the allegations made by Nora are wrong. Jacqueline has neither made any statement to Nora Fatehi nor to any print or electronic media regarding the matter. He has carefully avoided any kind of conversation related to the ED process. Since the matter is still sub-judice, he has always maintained the decorum of the law.
The matter will be heard on December 19
Jacqueline and Nora’s names were coming to the fore in the long-running Sukaish Chandrasekhar fraud case. After which Nora has filed a defamation case against Jacqueline accusing her. Nora accuses Jacqueline of ruining her career for her own benefit. The Patiala court will hear the matter on December 19.
