The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has named Jacqueline Fernandez as an accused in the Rs 215 crore recovery case involving swindler Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The ED believes that Jacqueline already knew that thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar was a criminal and was involved in the extortion. However, after the ED made Jacqueline an accused in the case, her lawyer said in a statement, Jacqueline is yet to receive any official copy of the complaint.
