Mumbai: Every day new revelations are happening in Delhi’s famous Shraddha Walker murder case. Shraddha was allegedly murdered by her live-in partner Aftab Poonawalla in the month of May. After strangulation, Aftab cut Shraddha into 35 pieces. He got so much pain in return of love that he is now hurting everyone’s heart. Recently, a letter from Shraddha dated 2020 has surfaced, according to which she had said that Aftab Poonawala would kill her and cut her into pieces.
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut was also heartbroken by Shraddha’s letter. Kangana has written a note sharing Shraddha’s letter on her Instagram story. Sharing the picture of Shraddha’s letter, Kangana wrote-‘ This is the letter that Shraddha wrote in 2020 seeking help from the police. He always used to scare her and threatened to tear her to pieces. He has written that he used to blackmail her but somehow he brainwashed her and took her to Delhi with him. He cut her off from the world and took her to the imaginary world.
Kangana further wrote- ‘We all know that this was done by ‘promising marriage’. She was not weak. She was a girl who was born to live in this world but unfortunately she had the heart of a woman whose natural instincts are to protect and heal. A woman, just like our earth, has such a womb that does not discriminate between anyone. She adopts them all whether they deserve it or not.’
Continuing her point, Kangana wrote-‘She believed in fairy tales. She believed that the world needed her love. She was the goddess who had the powers to heal wounds. She was not weak, she was a girl who lived in a fairy tale. She was trying to fight the demons hidden within her hero in the fairy tale. We all know that love overwhelms us. She went to great lengths to kill the demons but the hero wanted the demons to win and that is what happened.’
Shraddha had written these things in the letter
My name is Shraddha Walkar and I am 25 years old. I want to report 26 year old Aftab Amin Poonawalla. He lives in Regal Apartments of Vijay Nagar Complex. He abuses and beats me. Today he tried to kill me by strangling me. He threatened and blackmailed me that he would kill me, cut me into pieces and throw me away. He has been beating me for 6 months, but I could not muster up the courage to report him to the police, as he was threatening to kill me.
Aftab’s family members also know that he used to beat me and even tried to kill me. His family knows that we live together and they also come to visit on weekends. I live with her till today, because we are going to get married soon and her family has also agreed. Now I do not want to be with him.
