Earlier, at around 10.15 am, Sonali’s body was brought from the mortuary of Hisar Civil Hospital to her Dhandur farm house for the last glimpse. After the rituals at the farm house, his last journey left for Rishi Nagar cremation ground.
During this, Sonali’s only daughter Yashodhara shouldered her body. As a mark of respect, a BJP flag was placed on Sonali’s body.
Sonali was found dead on the morning of 23 August at a resort in Goa. Earlier it was said that Sonali died due to heart attack. However, after the allegations of the family, a new twist in this case.
In the postmortem report, blunt cut marks were found on his body. The police have arrested his PA Sudhir Sangwan and his accomplice Sukhwinder in this case. Goa Police will produce Sudhir and Sukhwinder in court on Friday.
