Mumbai: The trailer of Amitabh Bachchan, Rashmika Mandanna, Neena Gupta starrer film ‘Goodboy’ has been released recently. The trailer launch event of the film was held in Mumbai on Tuesday evening. The rest of the film stars including producer Ekta Kapoor attended the event.
At the same time, Amitabh Bachchan participated in this event in a virtual way. Ekta Kapoor became very emotional at the event. Responding to a question, Ekta Kapoor got emotional remembering her parents and could not hold back her tears.
Actually, ‘Goodbye’ is the story of a family that after the passing of an old woman (Neena Gupta) shows the mood of everyone in their family. The trailer shows how children behave after their mother passes away. At the event, Ekta gets emotional when she realizes what her life would be without her family.
Ekta said-It is said that the hardest day is when those who gave birth to you are not with you. That day comes in everyone’s life one day. I don’t know how people live with that fear. This film is very close to my heart because this film is about a family and we are nothing without our family.
Talking about the film, apart from Rashmika, Amitabh, there are stars like Sunil Grover, Pavail Gulati, Sahil Mehta. Directed by Vikas Bahl, ‘Goodbye’ will hit the theaters on October 7.
