Mumbai A day after announcing her pregnancy, Gauahar Khan made a stunning appearance at the Filmfare OTT Awards in Mumbai on Wednesday. She arrived at the event in a blazer-skirt gown. His film ‘Sorry Bhaisahab’ won the award in the short film category.
A paparazzo video on Instagram showed her getting some help climbing the stairs in the elaborate gown. She tied her hair in a ponytail and completed the look with matching emerald jewellery.
Sharing a picture with the directors of ‘Sorry Bhaisahab’, Gauahar wrote on Instagram, “The host, and the winner!!!!! Yayyy we won at the #filmfareottawards2022 for Short Film, Fiction! ‘Sorry Bhaisaab’ saw Gauahar and Sharib Hashmi as a married couple with a daughter. It is written and directed by Suman Adhikari Sumit Ghildiyal.
Gauahar and husband Zaid Darbar announced the pregnancy on social media with an animated reel. It was captioned as, “When Z met G it became one two. And now the adventure continues as we soon turn three. In Sha Allah, I am seeking your blessings for this beautiful journey.
Gauahar and Zaid tied the knot in December 2020 in a lavish wedding ceremony. Zaid is the son of veteran musician Ismail Darbar. Gauahar has worked in films like Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year, Ishaqzaade, Begum Jaan and the political web series Tandav. He also participated in Bigg Boss 14 as a senior. This year, Gauahar played a pivotal role in the web show, Shiksha Mandal. She was in the role of a policeman. He was also seen in ‘Salt City’ which released in June on Sony LIV.
