While some people liked the trailer of the film, many users started trending Boycott Thank God, accusing it of insulting God. Amidst all this, now a case has been registered against Ajay Devgan, Siddharth Malhotra and the director of the film Inder Kumar. All three have been accused of hurting religious sentiments.
Advocate Himanshu Srivastava has filed a case against Ajay Devgan, Siddharth Malhotra and Inder Kumar in a court in Johnpur, Uttar Pradesh. The petitioner has said in his petition that Ajay Devgan has become Chitragupta. In one scene, he is cracking a joke and using offensive language. Chitragupta is considered to be the god of karma and he keeps an account of the good and bad deeds of a human being. But the scene shown in the trailer may worsen the situation as it hurts religious sentiments.
Let us tell you, apart from Ajay Devgan and Siddharth Malhotra, Nora Fatehi will also be seen in an important role in the film ‘Thank God’. The film will be released on October 24.
