The superhit film ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ will be re-released in cinema halls worldwide on 15th June.

New Delhi / Team Digital. Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s film ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ is preparing to release once in theatres. Released in 2001, the story of Partition was shown in a very poignant way. Now the sequel of this film is also going to come, in which once again the roar of Tara Singh will be heard. Earlier, it has been decided to re-release the first part of the film i.e. ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ in theatres.

The superhit film ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ will be re-released in cinema halls worldwide on 15th June. The much-awaited sequel ‘Gadar 2: The Katha Continues’ will release on August 11, but just two months before that, the Partition drama ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ will be re-released, says an official associated with the film. Will be released. The film is directed by Anil Sharma who also directed the original film produced by Zee Studios.

Re-release on the lines of Avatar and Bahubali
Director Anil Sharma says he is happy about the re-release of ‘Gadar’ in theatres. “I am happy that people are taking interest in watching ‘Gadar’. Just like ‘Avatar’ and ‘Baahubali’ were re-released, similarly ‘Gadar’ will also be re-released. We are in the process of planning things for this. ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ is the story of Tara Singh (Sunny Deol), a Sikh youth who falls in love with a Pakistani Muslim girl, Sakina (Ameesha Patel). In the sequel, Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel will reprise their roles. For which the fans are looking very excited.

The film ‘Gadar’ and ‘Lagaan’ starring Aamir Khan were released on the same day. It was said to be the biggest box office battle of that era. Nonetheless, both the films became super hit and did well at the box office.
