Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, one of the leading independent film production houses in India, recently announced its partnership with renowned writer Harinder Sikka. The company has acquired the rights to adapt Sikka’s bestselling novel “Vichhoda: In the Shadow of Longing”. This is a bestseller novel which was published in 2019. This novel tells an untold story of strength, resilience and sacrifice.
Please tell that Harinder’s first novel “Calling Sehmat” has also been made into a film named “Raazi”. It proved to be a blockbuster film, in which Alia Bhatt won the hearts of the audience with her stellar performance.
