New Delhi Last year, actor Anupam Kher and Boman Irani’s film ‘Uchain’ was released. The film was also liked by the audience on the big screen. At the same time, Boman Irani has talked about this film.
One thing you took away from the film. physically or emotionally?
There are many things that I took away. First of all, I will say something that is on a very personal level that I am very proud to have been cast in this film. There were rumors about me not wanting to do the film, but it was not true as I was not available at that time. For me personally being cast in this film with heavyweight actors from Mr Bachchan to Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta and Sarika, their collective experience over the years and then my accumulated experience from my younger days adds to that. Physically it was great for me that I could walk several miles and climb stairs in different conditions, and I did it with great pleasure, it exhausts me. It also convinced me that great films are not made from the comfort of 5 star hotels. But, emotionally it made me value my intentions in life. It also made me feel closer to the film.
