Mumbai Saiyami Kher has already dropped hints about the major interesting twist in the plot of her upcoming web series, ‘Faadu – Ek Prem Kahani’. After the recent trailer launch, Saiyami Kher who is the lead actor in the series has already been appreciated for her part. Portions of the series were shot at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. And Saiyami being an alumnus of the college got emotional as the shoot brought back old college memories.
Saiyami says, “I studied at Xavier’s College for 5 years and I have a lot of fond memories of the college. When I was studying there, after college we used to watch the shootings so I used to think oh someday when I get a break and start acting it will be a dream to come back here and shoot. Glad that this dream came true during the shooting of ‘Faadu’. There was a part of the series that we shot at St. Xavier’s College. I remember getting so excited that I was finally shooting at Xavier’s and I called all my college professors and told them. I have returned to college before that for various reasons but this was the first time I was shooting here and it was very emotional.”
Written by Saumya Joshi, this web-series also stars Pavail Gulati and will soon stream on Sony LIV. Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, the story deals with the challenges and complications of modern life.
