The advance ticket booking for the film started last month itself, in which 2.15 lakh tickets were sold for Rs 2.15 lakh. On the other hand, Avatar 2 has earned 8.50 crores ($ 1 million) from advance ticket bookings till Tuesday morning, of which 3.50 crores are from the opening day, while the remaining earnings are from Saturday and Sunday ticket bookings. The record breaking collection of advance ticket booking shows how excited the fans are to watch the film.

Part 2 came after 13 years

Now after 13 years, the second part of the film Avatar: The Way of Water is ready for release. Further story will be shown in Avatar 2. Which will be released on 16 December.
