In the pictures, Anil and Sunita are seen twinning in matching outfits. Anil wore a black floral print kurta and black pajama. Sunita wore a black suit with a heavy border. She accessorised her look with matching earrings and necklace. Smiles were visible on both of their faces in the pictures. Anil also posted some of his solo pictures, where he struck candid poses.
Anil and Sunita married on 19 May 1984. The two dated for 10 years before getting married. Anil proposed Sunita after signing the film ‘Meri Jung’, which was considered her breakthrough performance. They are parents to three children, Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor and son Harshvardhan Kapoor. Recently Sunita and Anil celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary.
Fans last saw Anil in Raj Mehta’s ‘Jug Jug Jeeyo’. The film also starred Manish Paul along with Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani. The film was a hit at the box office. Anil’s list includes ‘Fighter’ with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. He also has director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s gangster drama Animal with Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna. The film is planned to release in 2023.
