New Delhi, Team Digital. Disney+ Hotstar recently announced its upcoming spine chilling romantic thriller ‘Freddy’. Produced by Balaji Telefilms Limited, NH Studios and Northern Lights Films, directed by Shashank Ghosh and starring Kartik Aaryan and Alaya F, the film will release exclusively on Disney+Hotstar on December 2, 2022.
Kartik Aaryan’s most awaited Freddy is about the journey of Dr Freddy Jinwala, a shy, lonely and socially awkward man who loves to play with his miniature planes and his only friend is his pet tortoise ‘Hardy’ ‘ Is. Filled with unusual twists, turns and a maelstrom of emotions, Freddy promises to keep the viewers on the edge of their seats.
Sharing information about how there is no end to creative explorations when it comes to acting, Alaya F said, “My favorite part about this job is that you get to explore so many different genres, so many different genres. So many different characters and so many different types of storytelling to experiment with. I have shot for three films since my first and all are very different from each other, so I am really excited for the audience to push themselves with each project. My journey in the industry hasn’t been very conventional, so why should my film choices be conventional? I want to surprise people, and I really hope that I can do justice to all the opportunities that I have got since Jawaani Jaaneman.”
