11-year-old Vedant Sharma became the first contestant to impress Big B

The junior edition of the popular television show Kaun Banega Crorepati has started. The very first episode of the show is getting a lot of love from the audience.

New Delhi / Team Digital.The popular quiz show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ hosted by megastar Amitabh Bachchan is back with its ‘Juniors’ edition. The new season of ‘KBC Junior’ aired on Sony TV on 5th December and has garnered a huge fan following on the very first day itself. On the other hand, Amitabh Bachchan has made a strong start to the new season. The superstar said that he is quite excited to meet the young contestants once again this season.

Amitabh Bachchan changed style
Big B has enthralled the viewers of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati Juniors’ with his fun-filled entry in the new season. Amitabh Bachchan entered the set singing a song to match with the children. This style of 80-year-old Big B was liked by the audience. Amitabh Bachchan also revealed how he has changed his dressing and speaking style to befriend the new set.

Vedant Sharma became the first contestant
In the premiere episode of the new season of Kaun Banega Crorepati Juniors, Vedant Sharma from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand became the first contestant. Vedant is 11 years old, but he impressed Amitabh Bachchan with his intelligence and funny style. Vedant told that his family and friends call him Bubu but he does not like his name at all.

Vedanta influenced Amitabh Bachchan
The young contestant Vedant is very funny. He and Big B had a very funny conversation, in which Vedant told about his wishes. He said that if he got a superpower, he would like to be a computer in front of him, remember all the answers and come back to the hot seat. Amitabh Bachchan was very impressed with the ideas of his new competitor.

Vedanta’s journey in KBC Juniors
The 11-year-old has had a wonderful journey on the show giving correct answers one after the other. Vedant played the game very well. Later he used Lifeline aka Gyanastra and video call to answer the questions. However, Vedant Sharma cut the show short on the Rs 12.5 lakh question, and took home Rs 6.40 lakh with him.

Kajol and Revathi entered the show
Kaun Banega Crorepati Juniors later saw the entry of actress Kajol and filmmaker Revathi, who entered the show to promote their upcoming film Salaam Venky. Amitabh Bachchan was seen teasing Kajol for her straightforward nature. The actress told the young contestants that she is still in awe of the legendary superstar Amitabh Bachchan, as she did in the film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. Hearing this, Amitabh Bachchan called Kajol a liar.
