Mumbai: Devin Ratre, the actor of Hollywood’s famous film ‘Home Alone’, released in the year 1990, has been accused of rape by a woman. The accuser, Lisa Smith, says that in the year 2017, Devin raped her Manhattan apartment by giving drugs in a state of intoxication.
Lisa Smith has said- ‘She was a friend of Devin Ratrey for 15 years before being raped. After drinking alcohol at a party, she went to Devin’s flat with her brother and friend. Here Devin made them drink more wine and mixed something in it. I remember that I was awake but could not move. I could not open my eyes but I could feel what was happening to me.
So far no action has been taken on Lisa Smith’s allegations. This is because the authorities understood that Lisa Smith wanted to hide her identity. In this regard, Lisa Smith said that the police also failed to investigate this case. Smith claims he has emails suggesting the case be closed, despite offering to cooperate with prosecutors.
However, Devin refuted his allegations and said that he cannot have sex because he is nameless. Let us tell you that a separate case of domestic violence allegations is also going on against Devin.
