The film is inspired by a true story from Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka. This is the story of Vijayanand (Vijay Sankeshwar). Vijay, a 19-year-old boy from Gadag, a small town in the heart of northern Karnataka, starts his own transport business at a very young age. In the beginning he faced many difficulties, but he becomes the owner of 4300 trucks. Vijay quits his ancestral business of book publishing and starts his own job as a porter. During this they have to struggle a lot. After hard work, he becomes the owner of the logistics company Vijayanand Road Lines (VRL).
He also starts a newspaper in Karnataka which is a part of his struggle. He begins his journey amidst a lot of difficulties and builds his legacy with his vision and ethical practices. In this story, a father is concerned that his son has entered a new business that he does not know about. But the same son one day emerges as a tycoon in the same industry. The biggest message of this biopic is that there is no shortcut to success, every impossible task in the world becomes possible with your hard work and dedication. Kannada actor Nihal has done a wonderful job in the role of Vijay Sankeshwar. He has portrayed the role of Vijay Sankeshwar’s character with perfection. His power-packed acting has brought out this conflicted character in the best possible way. The acting of co-star Bharat Bopanna, Ananth Nag, Ravichandran, Prakash Belawadi, Vinay Prasad, Siri Prahlad, Archana Kotig and Anish Kuruvilla is also commendable.
Direction / Music
The direction of the film is excellent. The script is excellent and engaging. The film is shown quite realistically. Young director Rishika Sharma as the captain of the ship has a wonderful offering for the audience.
