New Delhi / Team Digital. Raj, who played the role of Tappu in television’s most popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, was missing from the show for a long time. Since then there were reports of her exit from the show, though Raj did not confirm the news. Arikhkar On December 6, Raj Anadkat has announced to leave the show by sharing a post on his social media account.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Tapu i.e. Raj shared a post on his Instagram account on Tuesday, 6 December. In the post, Raj announced the end of his association with the sitcom and the production house. He also thanked everyone for their support and wished the team all the best for the future. Raj shared the post and wrote, “Hello everyone, it’s time to put an end to all the questions and speculations. My association with Neela Film Productions and ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ has officially come to an end. This learning, It has been an amazing journey of making friends and becoming something. Best years of my career.”
He further added, “I would like to thank everyone who supported me in this journey. The entire team of TMOKC, my friends, family and of course all of you. Everyone who welcomed me on the show and called me ‘Tapu’ Loved as you are, your love for my craft has always inspired me to give my best to each one of you. I wish the team of TMOKC all the very best for the future of the show.”
The actor ended by saying, “I will be back to entertain you all very soon. Keep showering your love and support.”
