SS Rajamouli’s directorial venture ‘RRR’ received nominations in two different categories for the Golden Globe Awards 2023 in December, including ‘Best Film – Non English’ and ‘Best Original Song’. In the ‘Best Film Non-English’ category, RRR is up against Korean romantic film ‘Decision to Leave’, German anti-war film ‘All Quiet on the Western Front’, Argentinian film ‘Argentina 1985’ and French-Dutch film ‘Close’. Was from Among the best Hollywood songs, this South blockbuster film won the title of Best Original Song. This song is sung by M. M. Keerwani.
Ram Charan, Jr. NTR and the film’s director SS Rajamouli were also present in this international award function. Music composer MM Keeravani received this award. He got emotional while thanking Rajamouli and the cast.
