Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra is in India these days. After Mumbai-Delhi, Priyanka recently reached her hometown. PC reached Lucknow as UNICEF’s Global Goodwill Ambassador.
As soon as he reached there, he went out to fulfill the responsibilities given to UNICEF. He spent a lot of time among the school children in the Anganwadi centre. Priyanka is seen talking calmly with the children in the school campus. The children present there are also listening very carefully to Priyanka’s words.
On this occasion, he spoke about ending violence and ending discrimination against girls in UP. They said- “We are meeting many UNICEF partners.
Its purpose is to see how much work has been done to end discrimination and violence against girls. I would like to hear from him about the challenges that he has to face every day and see the solution. As I have said many times before that women and girls are most important not only for themselves but also for the better future of their community.
Priyanka was appointed as the Global UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador in 2016. She also participates in media panel discussions to promote children’s rights and girls’ education.
