Mumbai Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has given the will and power of attorney of his share of ancestral property to his brothers. The actor reached the sub-registrar’s office in his car and his lawyer Prashant Sharma also reached with the prepared papers. The actor boarded the car and left for Delhi after making a will and power of attorney for his share of the ancestral property. One of the brothers protested and was caught by the police and later released.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui reached the sub-registrar’s office, where actor brother Almasuddin Siddiqui was also present along with advocate Prashant Sharma. Sub-registrar Pankaj Jain reached his office and made the actor sit on the chair near him. The actor affixed his signatures on two pre-prepared documents in front of the sub-registrar. Advocate Prashant Sharma told that Nawazuddin has given the power of attorney of all his ancestral property in the name of his brother advocate Almasuddin. He has given all the rights of this property to his brother. In the second document, he has bequeathed his property. According to the will, as long as he is alive, he will have the right over his share of the property. After him his share of the ancestral property would go in the name of brothers Almasuddin Siddiqui, Majuddin Siddiqui and Minhajuddin Siddiqui. After signing all the documents, the actor got into his car and left for Delhi.
After Nawazuddin signed the papers, when sub-registrar Pankaj Jain asked him the reason for writing the will, he folded hands and said that his name is being added to the daily quarrels and family disputes. He wants to get rid of it. To keep himself away from controversies, he talked about donating his share to his brothers. Please tell that Nawazuddin Siddiqui is also having a dispute with his wife Aaliya Siddiqui. The wife has made many other serious allegations against Nawazuddin Siddiqui including property.
