The actress told in the complaint that on Friday she was in the kitchen and heard the cry of the child. She asked the husband to take care of the child and saw that he took her to the bedroom. The actress said that after a few minutes she heard the cry of her son and the sound of Dhamma. When she ran to the room, she saw that her child was lying on the floor in an injured condition.
On viewing the footage, she came to know that her husband had slammed the child on the floor thrice. After this, the child has been admitted to a private hospital in Malad West.
