ButFLiX Team. Actor Akshay Kumar is one such actor of Bollywood, who gets into controversies even if he does not want to. After the pan masala ad, now he is in trouble with the new advertisement. People have objected to his new ad and said that this advertisement is promoting the dowry system.
Actually, this advertisement has gone on air after the death of former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry in a car accident. Sharing this on his Twitter handle, Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has encouraged vehicles with six airbags, in which Akshay Kumar is seen adding.
Make life safer by traveling in a vehicle with 6 airbags.#national_road_safety_2022#national_road_safety_2022 @akshaykumar pic.twitter.com/5DAuahVIxE

The one-minute ad depicts the farewell ceremony, in which a weeping bride is sent off by her father in a crying car. Then comes the entry of Akshay Kumar, who remains a policeman. He is seen asking the father to send his daughter to a vehicle with six airbags instead of the existing two airbag vehicle. The girl’s father also agrees to this and then the newly wed couple leaves in a car with six airbags.
This is such a problematic ad. Who Passes Such Creatives? Is the government spending money through this advertisement to promote the safety aspect of the car or to promote the evil and criminal act of dowry? https://t.co/0QxlQcjFNI

In such a situation, now Shiv Sena leader Priyanka Chaturvedi has objected to this advertisement. Retweeting Nitin Gadkari’s tweet, Priyanka wrote, “This is a problem ad. Who allowed it? Is the government using the money to promote the safety aspect of the car in this ad or a social evil like dowry system and for promoting crime.”
At the same time, many other users are also opposing this advertisement of Akshay Kumar on social media.
