how did the accident happen

The shooting of the film ‘Viduthalai’, being directed by Vetrimaaran, was going on in Vandalur, Chennai. Meanwhile, Suresh was working as an assistant to the lead stunt director. While Suresh was performing the stunt, his companions were also present there. According to a scene in the film, Suresh was supposed to perform a stunt of jumping from a height. As per reports, Suresh was tied to the crane with the help of a rope, but as soon as the sequence began, the rope broke and stuntman Suresh fell straight down from a height of about 20 feet. After this he was immediately taken to a private hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

As per reports, Suresh was working in the film industry for 25 years. After this accident, the shooting of the film has been stopped and the police is probing the matter.
